Coast Guard, Coast Guard Auxiliary support proclamation signing

The proclamation declares that May 21 through May 28 as Safe Boating Week in Guam. The Coast Guard and the Coast Guard Auxiliary advise all mariners to take apropriate safety precautions so they can fully enjoy their time on the water without incident.
