Media Advisory: Coast Guard, local agency team up for response exercise
WHAT: Coast Guardsmen from Sector Honolulu, Air Station Barbers Point and Station Kauai will join members from Kauai County Fire Dept. for a multi-agency search and rescue exercise to improve coordination, communication and interagency relations.
WHERE: In the vicinity of Nawiliwili Bay, Kauai.
WHEN: Thursday, Oct. 6, 2011 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
WHO: Interviews with Coast Guard subject matter experts will be coordinated for interested media.
