(HONOLULU) -- U.S. Coast Guard Petty Officer 1st Class David Knapp, of Integrated Support Command Honolulu, helps Junior Laulu, of Hawaii Foodbank, load canned food into a van Friday, Sept. 11, 2009.
Several 14th Coast Guard District units donated food and other needed supplies in support of the presidential "United We Serve" initiative to encourage participation in community service activities.
