U.S. Coast Guard, Coast Guard Auxiliary promote boating safety in Kaneohe

HONOLULU — A U.S. Coast Guard rescue swimmer from Air Station Barbers Point deploys into Kaneohe Bay during a boating safety demonstration near Kaneohe Marine Corps Base Hawaii, May 16, 2010.

The "Day on the Docks" event, which raised awareness about boating safety, included a 25-foot Response Boat from Coast Guard Station Honolulu, a fishing tournament, games, food, and information booths.
