Coast Guard test the limits of new vessel south of Oahu

HONOLULU -- Coast Guard Station Honolulu crewmembers heave in a tow line during heavy weather testing of the 45-foot Response Boat Medium south of Oahu, Dec. 14, 2010.   The RB-M is a self-righting, 45-foot all-aluminum boat with twin diesel engines and water jet propulsion.
