HONOLULU -- Coast Guard Station Honolulu crewmembers heave in a towline during drills and heavy weather testing of the 45-foot Response Boat Medium south of Oahu, Dec. 14, 2010. The RB-M is a self-righting, 45-foot all-aluminum boat with twin diesel engines and water jet propulsion.
